The CNB LAGOON shipyard, surrounded by an illustrious team including the architectural firm VPLP, designers Patrick Le Quément and Nauta Design, has ensured commercial success for its flagship vessel.

This new generation of sailing yachts offers an unrivalled experience thanks to its spacious living areas and decks, allowing guests to enjoy the splendour of the sea.

Passengers can enjoy beautiful days and exceptional evenings at sea outside on the flybridge or on deck, or inside where the open spaces offer breathtaking views from the cockpit.

EXTERIOR

Interconnected spaces that blend seamlessly from the aft deck to the trampoline at the bow. A spacious flybridge offers impressive additional living space, while remaining an integral part of the boat.

A forward cockpit, directly accessible from the deck and saloon, offers exceptional, uninterrupted views of the horizon. Large hull portholes let light flood into the interior spaces so you never miss a moment of sunshine.

INTERIOR

A blend of elegant details and refined finishes creates a comfortable and harmonious interior, enhanced by a spacious and bright layout, creating a true living space for all.

The saloon, with its large windows and exceptional headroom, offers unrivalled panoramic views throughout the day.

An exceptional owner’s suite, separate from the rest of the vessel, is a real gem, offering exclusive access to the sea thanks to its side door opening onto a private terrace and the ocean.

The guest cabins, each equipped with an island bed and two with desks, offer ample storage space and are complemented by a private bathroom.

The LAGOON Seventy 7 was created to take sailing catamarans to a whole new level and fulfil the dream of owning a home on the water where luxury blends seamlessly with everyday life on board. It’s a challenge that has been met.

SYLENE is one such vessel.

Launched in November 2022, the vessel is undergoing a makeover in the south of France during the winter, where its equipment is being fine-tuned and final adjustments made. SYLENE will be fully operational from March 2023.

It has always had a permanent, professional crew of four on board, combining personal use by its owner with high-end charter marketing, and the vessel has been a resounding success ever since.

Its unique layout offering five guest cabins and accommodating ten passengers, while retaining a sumptuous owner’s cabin with a private terrace overlooking the sea, makes it an ideal boat for families or large groups of friends.

The excellent service provided on board by the crew, the comfort and space, as well as the facilities offered by SYLENE, quickly earned it an excellent reputation in the charter market.

In March 2023, it took part in MIPIM in Cannes and was then presented at the international trade show in Barcelona in April 2023.

The boat then completed its first charter season in Corsica, Sardinia and the Amalfi Coast.

It then crossed the Atlantic for the 2023/2024 winter season, where it was presented at the Antigua Boat Show and sailed in the Caribbean. It returned in the summer of 2024 to explore the Balearic Islands, Sicily and, once again, Corsica/Sardinia, much to the delight of its owner.

In March 2025, it will participate for a second time in MIPIM in Cannes and begin its third summer season in early May in the south of France, Corsica and Sardinia, before finally exploring Croatia.

SYLENE is currently in the south of France and available for immediate sale.
